:( Hello. I am a green card holder since august 2001, my girlfriend recently came here from the philippines to visit. Its already her second visit and we decided to get married, and we did. But the problem is we decided to wait for my citizenship before we apply for her to change her status. So right now i think she is out of status.

The problem is, her parents from the Philippines plan to visit us next year. They also have been here in the us twice before, but they need to another visa because their last was only single entry.

I was wondering if their application will be affected since their daughter is currently out of status here. We are very concerened because her parents think that her papers are all ok now...

I will apply for citizenship in Aug 2006.

Please help us...

Well, if they found she was out of status before you become USC, problem comes to her , not to her parents.

Even though out of status is waived by marrying to USC, your decision was WRONG. You are breaking law on purpose, do you think it is the good moral character which is supposed to be required for US citizenship ? Have you ever thought she might have to travel for some real emergency case ?? If she was out of status more than a year and she really has to travel before GC, she can not come back next 10 years.
Your decision actually may affect your US citizenship application.
