Out of Status Question

Hello ,

I was working on H1 and chnaged to new employer on EAD. If due to any reason GC is denied ,

1. for what period will I be "out of Status" ?
2. If file a H1 once GC is denied , will this have some effect while getting VISA.

You will get advance notice of intent to deny 485. If you believe the reason given in the notice is valid, you can apply for H1 transfer under Premium processing and can still remain in status before the actual denial notice is served on you.

Do you mean file new H1 using permium processing ? My understanding is one cann't file for H1 transfer once worked on EAD ???
