Hi,

I was out-of-status while I was on F1 for a period of 2 years, then got re-instated.
I got Practical training EAD after I got re-instated and got H1 also. I am always in status
since then. I\'ve applied for I-485 and my PD is February 1999. Do you think I\'ll have any
problem in getting the approval?

It all depends on the date when you became out of status, how, when you reinstated your status and the date when LC on your behalf was filed.

You should not have any problem.
I was in same boat as you. I was working, when I was going to college.
I posted my detail in passport stamped in phily. My login Kita.
Look for Kita, and read my detail.
Did you get h1b stamp?
If you go out and come with h1b before applying for your i485, you should not have any problem. That was my case.
