out of status parents, can i petition them?

Me again, also wanted to ask on the rough estimate on how much it cost you in total to petition your mom.

My mom did work during her overstay, but USCIS didn't ask any questions about that. The total cost was just payment for the i130 and i485 + $200 medical fee. It took 4 months till the actual green card.
