I was student at first then got caught into a family problem. Run out of money to pay for school. Instead of leaving the country, I decided to stay in this great country illegally (Dont regret staying).
I've been marriage for about 7 months and applied for adjustment of status (I-485).
What are my chances of getting my case delayed/rejected just because I was out of status for 3 years?
I'm not worried about the interview if I get the chance of having one, since my marriage is real and not purposely based on getting GC.
