Out-of-State Court Disposition

Hello,
I've just received a yellow information letter, saying I need Court Dispositions for the 2 speeding tickets mentioned on the N400 form

One of the tickets was a out-of-state citation (New Hampshire), which I have no idea where the court/city is.

How can I get a Court Disposition? I've contacted NH DMV, and was told to get a driving record, which should cover this.

Can I just get a certified Driving Record from Mass. DMV and be done with it?

Do I have to go to NH and "search" for a Court and see if my name is there?
Please help me!! My interview date is on Aug 30th.

Thanks.

Well, certain folks say we need to get a copy from local court from where you got the ticket. Certain people say Driving record is enough. But, in my case, I got both from the local court and driver's record. However, funny thing is that my case officer did not even ask for those docs even after they sent me yellow letter asking for supportive docs. I am sure my answer plundered you in to more chaos. my intension is to share my experiance, not to cause you any confusion. All the best.

Regards.

I bet the letter didn't directly say anything about your speeding tickets. You likely just got a generic yellow letter because you said YES to the have you ever been arrested/cited/charged question, and then you made the inference that it was about your speeding tickets.

You don't need court dispositions for speeding tickets under $500 that didn't involve an arrest or DUI or jail time or some other punishment like probation.

For such requests, if you can get it at low costs then get it. Otherwise if you cannot get it or cost of getting is too high (like flying from NYC to a court in california), then forget about it

I went to my local court to get a court disposition for my "other speeding ticket", and they said they only keep records for 2 years, and that I should go to my local DMV..

Well,
I'm just going to get a "CERTIFIED" Driving record from my state's DMV and be done with it.
It costs $20-25 to get it, and it has the state's stamp on it...

Thanks for all replies guys..
