Out of Job on H1

I am on a H1B visa which is valid till 2010. My company wants me to move to a different country. Effectively I will be removed from the US rolls. Will i be able to enter US again on H1B visa before 2010?

You are no longer in H1 status if you don't work in the US. Just get a B visa.

h1b out of country for a while not a problem

i am out of U.S for a while (4 months) without any problem.
Assuming your employer/USCIS will not revoke h1b this is not a problem.

As soon as a visa holder departs US, the previous visa status (H, B or F)become irrelevant. If your employer needs you to work in the US (in future) while your visa is still valid you can use the same visa. For all other kind of admissions you can stamp the new visa at a consulate before entering the US.
