Our I-485 approved!

Unbelievable! We just got our approval nitices today.

We filed our I-485 application on 07-02-2002 by ourselves.

RD: 07/05/2002
FP: 08/22/2002 (for me)
08/23/2002 (for my husband)
AD: 09/16/2002 (for both of us)

Thanks a lot to everybody here who helped us regarding to this petition. Good luck to those who are still waiting.

can you tells us details like PD, country etc or post your id on the tracker and let us know the tracker id.

Congratulations. One question. did you apply for
EAD and Advanced parole?. If yes, please let us know the
RD/AD of of those cases.

The damned TSC people just don't bother to spend
time sorting out what is best to be done next.

They just walk in every morning and work on
what they can find in front of them...

Or perhaps they are trying to reduce the
average wait time, instead of the worse case
wait time, to make them look good...
 
my details

I am from P.R. China. I have M.D. and Ph.D, working in a university research institute. I applied for my I-140 under the category of EB2/NIW, since the university doesn't support application like OR, et al. I filed EAD together with my I-485, not AP yet. The RD and ND for EAD were the same as that of I-485. I don't know what is happening with EAD, since I haven't check it with INS for about ten days. I was not on the I-485 tracker.

I know I was very very lucky on my GC application, especially comparing to those who have been waiting for a long time. I would like to thank everybody here, and also this website, for their kind help and information. I wish a very good luck to everybody on his/her application.
