Hello All,
So we are still waiting for a decision on our I130 filed July 27th 2010. We did have a MH on 12/1 but since nothing had been updated, the judge gave us a new MH for Mid-April.
Our petition was sent to California, then to Texas and it sat there for about 3 months under "post decision" which stated they were further reviewing it. Finally today, got an update that it has been sent to our local USCIS office because they have jurisdiction..
I am rather confused. I hope this means hopefully it has been transferred so we can be interviewed?? I did per the IJ suggestions back In December, write a letter to the Texas Service Center asking them to transfer our case to the local USCIS office so maybe that is why...
