Reg. Timeframe on Visa Approval - Ottawa Consulate

Hello

I have an appointment scheduled in Ottawa on October 04th. Can you tell me if my visa get approved, when it will be ready for collection ?? Based on my appointment confirmation letter, the consulate says they will take 3 business days to process the visa in my passport ? would like to hear from you as you had mentioned that you recently visited Ottawa consulate.
