I am filing out N400 form. My name currently is Seema Roy but before marriage my name was Seema Singh. That was in India - I changed my name to Seema Roy immediately after marriage and then came to US.
Now on the N400 form there is a section which says "If you have ever used other names, please provide them". In that should I put my maiden name - "Seema Singh"?

Please provide guidance if you have been in similar situation or know someone who has.

Yes, you should provide the "Seema Singh" name in the other names used.
