my attorney wrote "none" for other names used on the G-325A instead of my maiden name, could that be an issue? i want to try and speak with my lawyer to see if it can be rectified.
you don't need to "prove" that you had a maiden name. You need to indicate whether you had one and what it was - in your forms. It's going to cost you $0.41 to mail in the correction.
If you feel the need to correct any information on any forms previously submitted to USCIS, it should be done through your Attorney since you already have one representing you.
I am assuming you submitted Form G-28 along with your application.
