Hi,
Mine is Labor Substitute case and I got an RFE on I-140 which says Original Labor is required for 140 approval. I learned from my attorney that Original labor was lost and copy was submitted.
Apparently, no 140 was applied with the labor I am using.
Can someone knows what is the process if the original labor is lost and how long it may take?
Can we request DOL to issue duplicate labor and submit to USCIS with the RFE response.
