better write full details we dont know H1Visa stamp validity and we dont know if you have H1 extension approval notice and its validity.

----- it seems that your H1 visa stamp is based on your recent H1 approval , if that is true then you dont need Orignal H1 approval notice with you when you enter US, just show Passport H1 stamp and enter, you can keep copy of H1 approval but they are not going to see the H1 approval copy as you have Valid H1 visa stamp
