Original I-485 receipt notice

Guys,

If a lawyer has filed your I-485 application, who gets to keep the ORIGINAL I-485 application receipt notice? I am asking because I just realized that I do not have my ORIGINAL I-485 application receipt notice (it's with my lawyer). Before I go ask my lawyer, I just wanted to get a quick poll - what is the case for other ImmigrationPortal users?

Do you have the original in your possession?

My original lawyer has the original. My new lawyer has a copy. He gave me a copy.
