Organization affiliation question

When the form says to state organization, associations, fund foundation, party, club, society does that also include religious communities? If so, can anyone share a template of the explanation and any additional information that I will need to provide?

I am a member of BMWOC and NASIOC (two online motoring forums) and I mentioned them. No questions were asked with regards to those entries in my N-400.
