Does it matter what order my files are submitted? ie. can g-1145 be first, i-130 second document (supporting documents with them), i-485 second with the supporting documents and so on.

Also, where does the i-864 go? Separately or with the packet for the i-130 packet?

Lastly, how do I submit the documents? Should I paper clip them together?

No, the order of documents does not matter. You can paper clip each application bundle separately (i-130 and supporting documents, i-485 and supporting documents and i-765 and supporting documents, checks with the photo booklet etc ) for better readability like I did. And then pack the above 4 bundles in one big envelop before mailing.

USCIS will probably have their own way of sorting and re-arrangement of the documents. i-864 should go with the i-485 bundle.
