Order Pattern at TSC

My legal status is AOS pending. I had 30 days to file MTR. Once I do that, the status is maintained until further decision is made.

I am on EAD. I have no clue whether they renew EAD in this situation. Alien00 was in the similar situation and he could not renew his EAD. His case is transferred for an interview at local, scheduled next month. The case has been pending for 9 months.

Thanks for your reply. When the decision was made, it was done by an officer. Let us see what happens. I am sepculating either of these two things,

1. TSC will simply acknowledge a receipt of MTR and issue me SRC# to track its progress(???)

2. They will assign this to officer (may be the same one). If this happens, it will be great.

Hi All,

Is there any consolidated Excel file available ??
If not can somebody do this please and distribute.

Please do not replace the SRC number with **. it does not make sense !! because then it is not usable.

I am tracking SRC 01 281 , 280 & 279.

Please lets get all the data organised.

Any suggestions ?
