Order of Processing I-485 Application

Right now PD is current, lot of people who has Labor and I-140 could apply for AOS starting July 01, 2007, my question is what the order in which USCIS will process AOS application, will they process based on "priority date" or "date of filling/receiving" the application?

Appreciate answer, if possible with a link to official website.
