Hello All.

I shall appear for my Oracle 10g OCP next week and hope to have the paper certiciation degree with me in a month. I also intend to start my I-140 process from Vermont at the earliest and wish to submit that certification as a part of my experience set.

Should I wait to start the I-140 process after I get the certificate to include it in the submitted set of documents. Or can I start my process with all the other documents and just send that one certificate later on when it is available.

Does Vermont service center even accept any document later on after it has received the I-140 form and documents.

Hoping for your guidance.

Don't wait for OCP certificate if that is not specifically asked in approved labor.

Also, usually it takes more than a month to get OCP certificate after passing last exam.

Thanks for the reply.

I would like to submit the certificate since I have put in a lot of hard work for it. My confusion is whether I can start the process of I-140 in the next week and just send over this one certificate later to my case file. Is that permitted at Vermont?

Hoping for your kind guidance.

Yes it's permitted. But, then your lawyer needs to wait till he gets I-140 receipt back from USCIS so that subsequent changes can include pending case number.

Also, don't wait for OCP even if it's listed in LC. It won't make any difference now. Too late to get.
