OPT will expired April and my girlfriend and me want to get married

Hello everyone! originally from France I graduated from my MBA and choose to work with my OPT. My company is trying to sponsorship me right now and they already started the process but I don't know if I will get selected for the HB1.

Because of this lottery system my girlfriend and me trying to get married and start the application for a green card. My question now is
can I stay in the USA if I am starting the application for the I-130 form? my OPT will expire on April 8 2024 and we plan to start the application before the end of March 2024.

My other question is also do my F1 visa will expired in the same time than my OPT or both dates are different I am a little bit confused when I am reading my F1.

You should file I-130 and I-485 together (or file I-485 right after you file I-130, if you file I-130 online), and you can stay for as long as your I-485 is pending.

anybody know how the medical examination work, can i choose any doctor in the USA?
 
Good morning I have one more question, can I start the process of the marriage visa with the I-130 and I-485, in the same time than my compagny applied for my HB1 because they already submit everything with the company lawyer march 6 2024 and we waiting on the answer. Because my OPT visa will expire April 8 2024 I dont want to take a chance to not be selected for the HB1 lottery so I plan to do both process in the same time.
