I'm holding an OPT card right now. I'm planning to visit Poland in May. Do I need any documents from INS in order to leave US and coma back without any problems?
you will need a signed I-20, a new (or any existing F-1 visa that is still valid) F-1 visa, and a job to come back to. Get details from your INTernational center, the rules have changed in the last year.
