OPT transfer to H4: Quesiton for I-539 form

I am in OPT now，and want to transfer to H4. My husband submitted I140/I485 and I submitted I485. I have questions to fill I-539 form. In Part 4 question 3:
a.Are you an applicant for an immigrant visa?
b.Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you?
c.Has a form-485 ever been filed by you?
How can I fill three questions? My attorney suggests to file NO for three questions, which will be easier to get approval. But I worry the cheating will affect my I485. Please help me to clarify the questions. Thanks.

-------------------I-140 is the immigrtion petition and that is filed for your husband and YOUR answer will be NO
c.Has a form-485 ever been filed by you?
