hi , i was on F1 previously, i was once arrested 4 selling a beer to a minor in a gas station , i was a student then , but the court dissmissed the case later in a week to a class C ticket . So do i have 2 mention regarding this in my H1 application form.Pls let me know as there are only 2 weeks left 2 apply.
