I have OPT till Jan 2005. I wanted to apply for H1.Considering the H1 cap, should i go for regular processing or premium processing? I heard that there wont be premium processing for 2005.Is that true?
You can apply for H1 after Apl2004. No premium processing is not slated to goaway in 2005. As long as you have the application mailed by april 2004 I dont think you will have any problem.
