Hi,

My OPT actually end on May 7th and i'm on my 60 days grace period until July 7th, but i already apply school to get new i 20, the problem is if i get the I 20 before July 7th, but the school start on september, is that mean i have to get out from USA and come back again before school start?

no, it doesn't mean that. You have to get a new I-20 before your grace period ends and then start school in the first available semester within 5 months. You are just fine, if you start school in September.
 
what if i only get my I 20 after the period

i wonder what if i could not get my i 20 on time by July 7th, let say few days later like 10th to 12th? do i have to leave USA? i really appreciate your previous reply.
 
you will be out of status and will have to apply for reinstatement. Do you really want problems?
