OPT time left over

I applied for only 7 months of my OPT till Feb 2000. I.e. I have 5 more months left over.
After that my H1b was approved and I have been working on an H1b.

Now if I go back to school on an F1 status, can I at the end of the course apply for OPT for the 5 balance months?
