I'm Planning to start my OPT on Aug 1 2006 to July 31 2007 and I have a query regarding the H1 B filing. I'm intrested in knowing whether I will be eligible for H1 B of FY 08 i.e can I apply in April 2007 with a start date before Oct 01 2007. or do I need to apply for my H1 B in FY 07 quota?
Which is the safest option?
Can I be able to make to the masters quota of FY2007??
