OPT individual marring a US Citizen

Hello,
I am currently an American Citizen and have been for almost 15 years. My fiance is here in America on an OPT status/visa. We are planning on getting married and would like to know what needs to be done and what steps need to be taken so we can get married. What forms does she need to apply for and what do I need to do?
