Both my wife and I are currently in the US on F-1 OPT which ends mid July 2007...I got my H1-B approval notice this week in the mail but she hasn't gotten through with a job that was willing to file... So we would liketo apply for an H-4 visa for her. We got married after my H1-B petition was filed hence why she wasn't included with the initial filing. What would be the best way to get this done... and is there some kind of checklist that I can view to make sure she submits everything correctly. THANKS FOR ANY HELP !!!
