OPT (F visa) and I485, conflict?

Dear friends and experts,

Please give your expertise to show me a way. My I140 was approved in VSC. I will file I485 soon. Everyone talks about keeping dual statuses (the current non-immigration status + I485 pending status) to be secure.

My case is: I am an F1 student, will graduate in a couple of months.

Do I need to apply for OPT?

I think I485 application should ruin the later OPT application, so I may file OPT before I485 application. Do I need to wait until OPT is approved?

Will the later I485 application ruin the approved OPT? On the other hand, will the continued use of OPT invalidate the I485 status?

During I485 pending, can I change to H1 after one year OPT? How about if I485 is denied. Am I still as free as now to change visa status among F, H, L, J, and B etc?

During OPT (and I485 pending), can I enter USA using F visa? If successfully by luck, will it invalidate the I485 pending status? If I use AP to enter, can I change back to F or new H or other visas later?

If I am abroad when I485 is approved, can I enter with AP? How to do?

What are the possible reasons for I485 denial for people not from critical countries? If I485 is denied, can I re-file I485 based on the same approved I140? (I know I can appeal first.)

I know some questions above are very stupid. Any comment to any of them is welcome. If they were discussed before, please link me there.

Thank you a lot!
