My OPT expired in Feb 2005 but I stayed on for the grace period of 60 days and then I filed a motion to stay on as my H1 application was in process. Now I have a approval for the H1B to start Oct 1st. Do I have to go to India right away and come back after the VISA gets stamped or can I stay longer ? Does anyone have any clue as to what I need to do?
