Hi My OPT is expiring soon and I have'nt filed for H1 yet - I am aware that the qouta doesn't include educational, medical or non-profit organizational companies - can somebody PLEASE specify what they mean by these industries. I have a job offer from a University and want to know whether this qualifies as an option! Also are there specific job titles associated with these organizations? Can I work in the any department of a university but not necessarily teach and still apply for H1 that is not in the cap? PLEASE HELP!!!!!
