Hello,
Notice of action has date of reciept as 15th july 2004. Can I go for interim EAD on 13th October or should I go on 15th.

Also since interim EAD in LA office is issued for 8 months--does it mean that I may lose 4 months of practical training--and get stuck in H1 cap-gap problem

Does the original EAD processing continue once the interim EAD is issued--
Plz let me know
 
once the interim is issued, the original is still processing.

Count out 91 days from the 15th of July.
 
Could someone please explain what the interim EAD is? Since when has such a thing existed for OPT?

OK, I did some research and now know what the interim EAD is. Still, it's a little surprise to me that such a thing exists for OPT.
