I have / had my OPT based EAD from June 04 to June 05.
I started working on my OPT/EAD from June. Just to make sure that I am in quota, I have applied from a compay outside (not my current employer,) which got approved. I am still with my current employer who is ready to apply for a new H1 or do a transfer! dont know which one is needed.
Question is, I have not worked for the company who filed my H1, will that be valid even still. + If i dont work for that company, is my OPT based EAD still valid. Can I apply for a new H1
