OPT application is still in process, but 60 days has passed, what sould I do?

I\'m on F-1 visa and have graduated in December 2001. I filed the form for OPT last Nov. and they required me some materials in Dec. After I submit those materials early this Jan., I got no response till now. I called the service center many times, but always got busy signal. Now the 60 days has passed since I graduated, what should I do to keep my status? My husband is also holding a F-1 visa and currently enrolled as a fulltime student.
