Opening SR will work?

Hi Freinds,

I called USCIS national Customer service and informed of the delay about my AP which is pending since Augst despite the website showing 3 months processin time

The person took all my case details and opened SR and asked to wait till 02/02/08 and callback again If I don't get any response

Did this work for anybody in this forum?

Or any other mehtod for faster reponse from USCIS?

In my experience, and separately my lawyer's experience, a service request doesn't really speed up anything. You just get a letter at some point (in my case it was later than 30 days) informing you what the status of your case is on the date of the letter.
