Hi guys,
I needed some information regarding the L1-A visa. We have a business in the middle east for the past 35 years and now we wish to open a branch in the USA. My father is a partner/owner in the business and I myself am a mechanical engineer ( so I would be the manager to establish the branch).
1. Is it a pretty simple procedure?
2. Does it require any prior investment?
3. Would it require my father to also get the L1-a Visa although he wont be in the US since I will be running the branch?
Any and all information will be highly appreciated.
