Chat User : What is the cause for current I-485 delays in VSC? It takes nearly 4 to 5 months for them to process a month. Is there anybody looking into this matter?
Attorney Murthy : Yes, everyone is aware of the delays but the BCIS states that they do not have sufficient people to take care of the cases. The government is not releasing more funds to BCIS since the focus now is on border patrol and keeping people out, not bringing them into the U.S. as permanent residents.

This clearly states the present Administrations attitude towards immigrants. Most of us are aware of this and the Administration is also concious but they do not want to put it in Black & White.
Companies do not want to lobby for us 'cos they are getting work done by offshore contracting at low cost.
Any thoughts are welcome.
