I recently got approved after 4 years and some months. This process has been painful, frustrating and depressing. I have lost these years of my life as I was unable to change my job, look for a home and get on with my life. It is not just me but my entire family. And, it does not include how I have been harassed by my lawyer(s) and have had very little or no support from my company. Through this board I realise that a lot of people are or were in the same boat. Ironically, that gives me some solace that I have not been singled out. Even though I have been approved I will never get those years back.

I am very angry at the process, the lawyers and the employers. I would say this is harassment and encourages bonded labor. It could very well have driven some of us (at least) insane !!! I am sure a lot of us will join hands to get some kind of compensation for your misery.

Isn\'t there a way to sue the INS for needlessly putting us through this ??
It would set a precedent and if nothing at least make the people out there realize the fruit of their actions ...

Please reply.....

Thanks

Why don\'t you write a letter to ABCnews 20/20 \'Give me a break\' or to NBC Dateline ? Think about it
