Only way to get 500,000 EB visas and get rid of retrogression, A winner approach
and get rid of retrogression is family exclusion retro from AC21 date folks this seems to be the best idea which came forth from unitednations.
if family exclusion is done from retro basis of the AC21 date think it goes to 4 years back and this would add at least 140K*4 = 560,000 more EB visas
this is going to be easy to slip in the existing approved SJC reco and this should easily take care of the retro. start writing to compete america, aila, senators whomsoever you have in past
