It's almost certain that only up to Jan/02 RD I-485s can be completed in 2003.

why??

this is based on many people's statistics:
currently BCIS is processing early Dec/01 cases,
and it takes 3-4 months to clear 1 month I-485s, resulting in 6-8 months to clear Dec/01 and Jan/02 cases. Now it's already June/03 right ??

Oh God

Mine RD 04/20/2002. Based on your estimates it may take another year for me to get decision on my case. My stupid lawyer took 4 months to file my I-1485 after I-140 approval.
 
Time to cherish our EAD's and thank AC21. My RD is Oct'2002(way too far from approval). So i am gonna forget about GC and start jumping from one comapny to other, without worrying about this elusive GC :p :p :p
 
I called INS on Friday June 11, 2003. Was scolded for calling three times in three days. Then the IIS told me that they were processing December 1st, and it will take at least 3 months to get to the end of December. im eac02079 (Dec 21st).
So I should expect it in the beginning to middle of August.
 
Guys, what if the EAD approval speed catches up with I485 approval speed ? We all won't be able to work. So we all will goback to our countries. May be that's what BCIS wants :mad: :mad:

Cheer up, man!

BCIS (INS) is always hard to predict, you can't tell for sure what's gonna happend in the next three months
