He everybody I found this on my attorneys website regarding problems with Fingure prints.

Delays in processing applications - even those with current priority dates - are substantial. The INS has established 5 priority areas for the Service Centers - and adjustment of status cases are not even on the list. We have been told that only two officers are currently working adjustment of status cases, and that waits may soon exceed 2 years. There is an alternative for many people - and that is to have visa processing done abroad

I apologize

I apologize to everyone . I did not mean to mislead any one. Actually I read the page again and my eyes catched the last update date on top. Which is Jan 1999 . So please disregard this post.

At first I felt bad. But then when I read that it was in 1999, I actually felt better than before I read your email. I blame the BCIS. I think they are messing up my head.:D
