Advice needed - Only new work site but with the same employer

Hi guys,

I need your advice on whether AC21 is needed when I only change my work site from employer's official work site to work from home.

Current Employer pushing for Resign letter

Hi,

I told my current employer that I will be leaving in two weeks. Now they pushing me for formal resign letter one week earlier that last day of employment. Is there any risk to give them resign letter now or should I give them just the day before I leave?

Should I file AC-21 papers right after starting with new employer or wait until I get any RFE from USCIS?

I would appreciate your input in this regard
