Does anybody gets the following 'Online Status' after successful citizenship interview?


Your case information is incomplete within Case Status Online. For further assistance please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283
 
Mine is still saying the same thing... go figure.... it doesn't even say they ever received any papers from me... :confused:
 
If you started getting this recently (changed from case not found) then that means they sent you an interview letter.

That is my experience and what I have read...

for most of time, online status is uselss and not updated very often ..
I got my US citizenship already but the online status still shows "pending"
