I sent a letter asking NSC to approve my I485 based on new I140 last saturday. They should have received it. Will they update my I485 online status? or they will not do anything?
How long will they take to approve my I485 after receiving REF?

----they will not update that they recieved AC21 letter, if you replied to RFE then they will update RFE recieved on xyz date blah blah,,,,,
How long will they take to approve my I485 after receiving REF?

Then if later my I485 is approved, can I know whether it is approved based on AC21 or new I140? Do you mean AC21 and new I140 are the same thing?
In the REF, I attached an AC21 letter and then after new I140 approved, I sent it to INS again.
