Online Status RFE on 140

Would you let me know how to change adress? I got
'Alien's Change of Address Card' form, I don't know where
I shouls put my 485 EAC# on it? Did you use the same
form changing your address? Thank you for your help!

Jsyj,
You have to call the service center and change the address for 485. AR-11
form does not change the address on 485. You need the A# from your EAD
to change the address along with 485 Receipt number.

If you want to change the address of the spouse, she/he must be present
and talk to them.
Please make sure to have the old address with you when calling. It takes
10 minutes to change the address once you get hold of a Customer
service Rep.

Here is one more case in this situation.

RFE response sent to USCIS on 06/02/2003. No case status update. Called USCIS, they asked me to wait until July 1st week.

In fact, there is no update for mentioning that RFE has been sent.

Lawyer told us that there is an RFE.

We got to have more patience and better Luck!
 
RFE Answered two times , have FEDEx track number

Yes. My attorney answered two times. First time she sent my documents along with others in one packet. Second time she sent only my document in FedEx and it has been deliverd/received on May 27th. Still my onlin status saying old message (RFE has been issued).

In that case we can't rely on online message system. I guess we need to check with the employer now and then to see if there is any correspondence.
 
status updated finally after RFE answered 2 times.

Today I saw the update on CIS website and also received email.

"On July 2, 2004, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 90 and 485 days for us to process this kind of case"

My attorney sent 2 times. the second one was delivered on May 27th.
NOw waiting starts again for the approval/deniel.

Got an email from USCIS about my I 140 approval. Verified in website too.

30 July 2003 - Receipt Date I 140 Non Concurrent
?? May 2004 - RFE for company documents (No update in USCIS website)
02 Jun 2004 - Response for RFE sent (No update on receipt in website)
14 July 2004 - Approval

Since RFE issue and RFE received dates where not updated online. I was very anxious. Thanks for everyone sharing your views. It has been very comforting during uncertain wait.
