How do I know if my I-140 have been approved or not without having the EAC# fro I-140?
My lawyer says that it is a company policy not to reveal the I-140 numbers.
should I be worried about this or is there any other way I can get to the numbers?
ellimac said:Hi, I also do not know my EAC# but I checked my I140 status by calling the
automated retrival system (212)337-2193 and by using the employer
phone number instead.

My lawyer asked for a money order.
Do you think I can still get the EAC numbers.
Is there any other way I will know if it is approved.
use FOIA. File the application FOIA with any EAC number you may have (including labor, H1 etc.) Worst case scenario use your Social Security, Birth date, I94 from your passport (this is to identify the files & get it notarized) and under the requested information ask for your approved labor certification ETA 750, I140 etc...You should get it within 2-3 months, many people have got it within 3-4 weeks. Give a try......anyway its not going to cost you anythinggoodstart said:Sorry I donot know any other way, maybe someone else here can guide you
