Online Status Not Found

I recently responded to RFE for my kid's case. The RFE asked for 2 New Photos and BCIS website was updated with message "We received response to RFE on March 9, 2004 ....." etc

Today I checked the status on BCIS website and it reads :-

"The status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status, please contact the National Customer Service Center.
National Customer Service Center (800) 375-5283 "

I do not know what could be happening.

- Should I contact BCIS or have my lawyer contact them.
- Anybody had similiar experiences.

Any help is appreciated
