Online status is not updated one month after replying to RFE

Got an RFE in 12/10/02 and replied just before Xmas but the online status has not been updated. Is there anyone in the same situation? Thanks!
 
I guess some times The officers assigned to our case gets lazy ( or forgets).I had same problem I had my lawyer call INS to update the message. So call INS or have your lawyer call.

Ps. my rfe was also issued about same time
 
Thanks a lot, Bhask. I just talked to an IIO and she said that the my case hasn't been updated in the computer and there is not way she can know if they've got it or not. Could you let me know what happened after your lawyer called? Thanks a lot!
